Q2. Why doesn’t the CD start playing automatically?
A: Make sure the CD player is powered on and set to CD Mode. If playback does not start automatically, press the Play/Pause button to start playback manually.
Q3. Why does the CD skip or stop during playback?
A: Dust, fingerprints, or scratches on the disc may affect playback. Clean the disc gently with a soft, lint-free cloth and make sure the CD player is placed on a stable, level surface.
Q4. What types of discs are supported?
A: The CD player supports Audio CDs, CD-R, CD-RW, and compatible MP3/WAV audio files.
Q1. What audio formats are supported via USB?
A: The CD player supports compatible MP3 and WAV audio files.
Q2. Why is my USB drive not recognized?
A: Unplug and reconnect the USB drive and make sure the music files are in a supported format. If the issue continues, try another USB drive to determine whether the problem is with the drive.
Q1. Why can’t my phone find the CD player via Bluetooth?
A: Make sure the CD player is set to Bluetooth Mode and is ready for pairing. Then open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and search for nearby devices again.
Q2. My phone can find the CD player, but it won’t connect. What should I do?
A: Remove the CD player from your phone’s saved Bluetooth devices, turn Bluetooth off and back on, and try pairing again. Also make sure the CD player is not already connected to another Bluetooth device.
Q3. Bluetooth is connected, but there is no sound. What should I do?
A: Check the volume on both the CD player and your phone. Also make sure your phone has selected the CD player as the current audio output device.
Q1. How can I connect the CD player to Bluetooth headphones or a Bluetooth speaker?
A: Press the Bluetooth Transmit (TX) button on the CD player to make sure it is in Bluetooth transmitter pairing mode. Then turn on your Bluetooth headphones or speaker and activate Bluetooth pairing mode. The CD player and Bluetooth device will automatically search for and pair with each other.
Q2. Why can’t my Bluetooth headphones or speaker connect to the CD player?
A: Make sure the headphones or speaker is in pairing mode and close to the CD player. If another Bluetooth device is already connected, disconnect it and try again.
Q1. What charger should I use to charge the CD player?
A: We recommend using a 5V/2A power adapter with the included USB-C charging cable.
Q2. Why isn’t my CD player charging?
A: Check whether the USB-C cable and power adapter are working properly. Please use a compatible 5V power source. You can also try charging the CD player through a computer USB port.
Q3. Can I use the CD player while it is charging?
A: Yes, you can use the CD player while it is charging. However, we recommend avoiding use during charging, as continued use while charging may affect the battery’s lifespan over time.
Q4. How long does it take to fully charge?
A: It takes approximately 3–5 hours to fully charge the CD player, depending on the power source and the remaining battery level.
Q1. Why is there no sound during playback?
