5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout and are estimates only.
• Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• You may return eligible Products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned Product.
• Certain items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee, as noted on the Site at the time of purchase.

7. Warranty

Our Products come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 18 months warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or use inconsistent with the product manual. To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@hoonoohlabs.com with your proof of purchase.

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
